At Honga's Lotus Petal, all of our food is homemade and served family style. We change our menu twice a year (summer and winter) and feature nightly specials to keep our dishes new and our ingredients seasonal. Our meats are local whenever possible, free-range and very happy. Greens and produce are also local and organic whenever possible. All dairy is hormone-free and organic with ice creams made in-house from scratch. Let your server know of any dietary stipulations or allergies as we use shellfish, raw fish, and nuts extensively in our menu. And please understand that because our sushi and entreés are prepared in different kitchens, dishes may arrive at different times.
