All of our food is homemade and served family style.  Our sushi and entrees come from different kitchens so please understand that orders may arrive at different times. Our meats are free-range with no chemicals to pollute their systems giving you wholesome organic protein.  All of our dairy is certified organic. Love your earth and do all that you can for the children and animals of our planet.  Recycle and Reuse when possible.  We do not offer disposable chopsticks as they deplete the rainforest woods.  A lot of our greens are provided by Tomten Farms on Hastings Mesa (A solar powered high altitude organic farm here in our community).  Let your server know of any dietary stipulations that you have because we use shellfish and nuts extensively and cannot be responsible for any allergic reactions.  Please be aware that raw or undercooked foods can increase the risk of food borne illness.
