WHITE TEA
White tea has been shown to provide more anticancer benefits than any other type of tea. The tiny young buds are merely dried in natural sunlight, which allows the buds to retain their down, which is high in vitamin C and other antioxidants
Organic White Silver Needle not yet opened leaves are picked before sunrise, the hours dim light lends the dew-glazed buds a silvery color, hence the name. A calming tea often used as a sleeping aid. Very good for the skin as well. small $11, large $15
OOLONG
Oolong tea is semi oxidized, which provides some of the most complex flavors available to tea drinkers.

PU ERH
Most mysterious, due to its largely esoteric processing. PuErh is dark and earthy, After a hearty meal, this one is highly suggested for aiding in digestion.
Tuo Cha shaped into small bowls that break down in water, this earthy tea can be infused many times. Despite its dark color, the 8 yr old tea is mild and slightly sweet. Good after heavy meals and upset stomach. $8 per serving
BLACK TEAS
Black tea rose to popularity in 18th century. It is withered, twisted and rolled before entering oxidation. Because it is fully oxidized, it brews to a reddish color, which is why chinese refer to it as red tea. Complete oxidation gives black tea it’s characteristic sweet, fruity flavor.
